When you're facing a stressful moment at workplace..

is all u can say..
remembering Allah S.W.T is the ultimate cure for the wounded heart..
but..
what can a person really do in this situation after she or he has pray a lot and still not calmed down..
what else can you do...
other then..
embrace it..
put a tough upfront in front of others..
and just move on with life..

For d 1st time.. dis week.. I bunked Posting and classes (except for d last hols)
my reason...
extreme exhaustion..
d cause?
unknown bcoz i've practically sleep on time.. and i think its sufficient for me..
(average 5-6 hours of sleep a day)
